Return policy

----KimonoPaint is a made-to-order product in order to avoid waste, which accounts for approximately 85% of all textiles produced in the fashion industry, which is a major cause of environmental destruction. In consideration of carbon dioxide emissions, we will make and ship your order to the location closest to where you placed your order.
When it comes to returns, we do not keep inventory for the reasons mentioned above.
Therefore, we cannot accept returns.
If you wish to change the size, please pay close attention to the size on the product page and purchase again. We strongly advise against purchasing multiple items in order to adjust the size.

Exchange (if applicable)
We will only replace defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange the item for the same item, please send an email to kimonopaint@gmail.com with a photo of the item being unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
